I see a few problems:

1. Zoom Crash Fix will not work unless you use it with a compatible background map mod, here are a couple (choose one):
   • ProMods High Quality Map Background
   • ProMods Complete Afroeurasia Background Map
   Put the background map mod somewhere above all of your map mods in the Mod Manager and put the Zoom Crash Fix mod directly above the background map mod.
2. Try reducing your "Grass density" setting from "High" to "Low" in the game's Graphics options.

I disabled the Crash Fix since I'm not running a BG map right now, but lowering the grass density did get me through that section.
