Game crashes, please helppp

Hello everyone. I need Your help. I'm using some mods (ProMods, Poland Rebuilding, Silesia, Południowa Polska, Rusmap, TGS, ME). They are listed in correct order (it works on my friends computer) but on my computer the game keeps crashing in some places in Poland and I don"t know why :/ Below I'm attaching game.log and game.crash. Please help, becasue I really want to play on these mods but I don't know why they don't work.

One problem that I noticed:

• Do not use the "standalone" and "replacement" files from the ProMods TCP at the same time: choose one or the other.

Thanks for advice but removing them (1st or 2nd) didn't help. After closer look I suppose that crashes are related to some models but I really don't know what is happening, especially with "Inconsistently named unit..." and "Unable to find 'bld_scheme.scan307' for 'Buildings'..."
