Unable to download for 1.45.x

I am trying to download files for ETS2 1.45.x but I keep getting the message "Sorry! You've been blocked".

This is the first time I am trying to download the files.

Any help please?

1. How many files were you trying to download at the same time? The limit is 2 concurrent downloads.
2. What web browser are you using?
3. Are you using any download accelerators or download manager?
4. Are you using a shared or mobile Internet connection?
