[2.64] Broken streen signs all over mid Finland (observed between Tampere and Kookla)

These are most certainly not looking like they should. I have saw maybe 30 broken signs on the distance of 300 km. smaller ones with one city on it, bigger with multiple cities and directions

Test with ProMods only enabled. This most certainly is a mod conflict
