I am French and I use Google to translate. I'm also brand new here.
If you put the special transport MOD, remove it. Restart and try to find the saves where there is no crash.
Your game must be up to date, your windows too, as well as all the drivers for your machine.
While you're at it, go to Device Manager and see if you have any yellow triangular panels in there.

Hello guys, I found a solution! I downloaded "Connector for Poland Rebuild" by sobieski86 and put it above Poland Rebuilding Fix 1. But also I noticed different problem that I not cared about until I realized a "rule" in it. I have missing cars in random events, it looks like that. They are not invisible, because there is no collisions between "them" and my truck. They are absolutely gone - >

Police, other emergency cars and trucks, normal AI car models, pedestrians and everything else works fine except damaged or burned models and I just don't know why... I tried to fix this by installing Daniels Random Events but issue is the same. Here's my game log, I hope you will notice what's going on and which mod is causing it -

I have the same steering wheel as you and I use the Logitech LGS (Logitech gaming software) driver. The file is called: lgs510_x64.exe. Windows 11, don't like it...But, it works.
Your Windows is not up to date.
I don't know about the graphics driver, but he too must not be young.
The versions of ETS and ATS evolve. I'm on 1.47
