Using the bugreport function in ATS shows the location info as (sec-0024-0019);-92667.2;72.3861;-75990.8;2.72843;-0.050838 at the southern end of it, but I didn't manage to catch the northern end coordinates. Anyway, at this point the game goes to a completely scrambled screen (think old school cable TV or worse), though occasionally alternative camera views will give you a viewable picture. Free camera will at least make it possible to fly through it. When I looked at the console (and log) I found 448 lines of basically just this:

I loaded a completely clean profile without any other mods installed and had the same problem, so I can verify it's not any of my other graphics mods doing it. I also haven't had it happen at any other point in the map so it's not a hardware/driver issue.
