[OBS] Finnmark Mod - Saltfjellet - Beta - Promods 2.63+64 / ETS2 1.46

i had and still have issues i seem i cant fix, the northern part of finland is not reachable as the roads are not connected some roads are alone broken all other are also not connected. i have tried many load orders but does not fix it. had promods, E6 and finmark, tried it also with promods, finmark and E6 above.. some issue tried it with promods e6 scalti something that mod and finmark also nothing. so really dont know where the issue could be. any clues some one ? thanks i can reach 2 cities only with ferrys from england or greenland but cant not drive south or so as the roads are not connected i can drive from E6 all round to russia these are connected but others strange reason nothing and misplaced. thanks !!
