Hello, Kesh.

I can't confirm this bug and it looks like an mod conflict because I see you are using other mods.
So if you want to report bugs, please make sure to test with only ProMods first.

Please try with ProMods only first and add one by one mod until you found the culprit.
This mod is so awesome :D

Using Promods Europe 2.68 and ProMods Canada 1.2.5a
ETS2: Level 118 and played 5227,8 hours
ATS: Level 46 and played 796,3 hours
