Def file absent on dedicated server

Post here if you are having problems with ProMods in Multiplayer

I have the same issue and I did not click the box for special transport I even generated a new def file and when I try getting on a dedicated server it says def file absent from server.

This is very confusing, are you talking about the built-in ETS2 multiplayer mode? Not TruckersMP?

You need exactly the same file that is on the dedicated server. Ask the owner for options they chose or just the exact def file.

If it's for Convoy mode, you need to use ProMods Convoy support file that is def file from Steam Workshop and make sure others has this same mod in use.
This mod is so awesome :D

Using Promods Europe 2.68 and ProMods Canada 1.2.5a
ETS2: Level 118 and played 5227,8 hours
ATS: Level 46 and played 796,3 hours
