Game Crash on Nikel-Murmask road

There is probably a DX11 incompatibility in the file named p21_arrow1.tobj. I get a crash error when I move towards the front of the tank in the coordinate shown in the picture. The error occurs at several points on the Nikel - Murmansk road.

Files are same size. But there just aren't as many files as you have.

Update: I used the same files on linux system, there is no issue, no crash. Problem is only on windows 10 system.
