The only one I can really recommend is Reforma
https://reformaats.com/downloads-1 This adds a lot of Mexico, and also changes the Sierra Nevada region in California. It varies in quality a lot, with the northern parts currently having the best quality I think, and has some issues throughout, but it's pretty good.
Other maps I know of are:
* Canamania (formerly Canadream, no official website)
https://truckymods.io/american-truck-si ... /canadream Adds a lot more of Canada, but generally only very basic cities and roads with no real views.
* Coast 2 Coast
https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=202317 Basically tries to add the entire continental US. VERY barebones, even more so than Canamania, with lots of copied landscapes.
You will need to find road connections to use these together and with Promods Canada.
Then there's also Terramaps Caribbean and Pacific:
https://terramaps.net/download/ adds a lot of islands. Of the two I can kind of recommend Caribbean, although it has no real connections to the rest of the map unless you use C2C, and has some issues like the use of imperial speeds on islands that use metric. But it is a fun environment to truck in.
I've made a small ferry mod to connect it to SCS Texas if you want to use it without Copy 2 Copy:

Terramaps Pacific is essentially a tiny map with Hawaii and Palau, both more or less only being one city which you have to take a long ferry to.
Neither of these have been updated yet.
There are more mods like the Great Midwest or Project [State Name here] which are mostly addons for C2C. As I don't play with C2C I can't say much about them as I've never tried them.
Look at the SCS forum, Truckymods, and other places for them.
