Unable to remove compatibility line.

Is there a way to open up the models and Assetts files to remove the Compatible Wirh Version 1.48x line from The manifest at all?

I am using the paid download version.

I have tried renaming it as. rar but saying it's in an unknow format or damaged when trying to open it.
Tried to use 2 different scs extratora but neither extracts the files. Installed 7 zip but still unable to open the file.

At the moment showing incompatible in the mod manager but it's because of that line.
As other maps working i was hoping Promods did too
Hopefully soneone will know a way or know when the map will be updated to 1.49.

The files are locked so nobody can steal our assets and put them in their mod. Nobody is supposed to open them. Also just editing the manifest file is not doing the trick at all, updating a mod is much more complicated than that.

The files are version locked for a very good reason, if we didn't do that then we would get thousands of complaints from users trying to user the wrong mod version with the wrong game version.
