Yes found this too, it is navigable by going off road and through the trees to the right and rejoining the road further up though

I found the wall too , i was going on a trip from Lille to Finland via some small jobs, hoped to make the Journey without any fines, but thats not the way it should be.
An odd thing was that the AI traffic did not have troubles by going through the wall

Found that wall aswell. Was driving from Kalmar to Stockholm when i found it.
