Map shifted

Hi, so i have updated the game because i was playing on a temporary version before for my mods. now I decided to update the game, i also downloaded the mods new versions and everything, But the map is somehow shifted? So for example London is in the middle of Poland. i have no idea what to do. Here is my game log.
