Promod download issue

I don't know where to post this. I tried contacting via email but got a response to go to the forum for help.

I just purchased promod. But when I tried to download the first time, I got the 403 forbidden error.
Please help. I couldn't even download once.

When you get a 403, it is usually either one of the following problems:
* the download has expired as it is older than 48 hours
* you have downloaded more than 3 times, or you used some software that triggered the maximum limit of 3 downloads
* you are using Hotmail/MSN/Outlook/Live or any other Microsoft service and have enabled Microsoft Safelinks

In any case without the order number we can't find the issue.

Ok I have the order number, it's 121942.
I indeed tried to use a download management software because my internet is quite low, I was afraid the connection could be stopped.

Yeah those type of applications open multiple connections which then trigger the limit and block your download. It is best to simply download it straight from the browser
