I have an ultra realistic graphics mod from Piotrek on youtube, i also run promods and other mods such as sounds etc, im planning to get more map expansions

My computer broke and I sold it for 600 Euros, and I am planning to get a new one:

I found a budget pc build on Youtube and here are the specs:

CPU - Ryzen 5 4500
CPU COOLER - Thermalright AssassinX120 SE ARGB
MOTHERBOARD - ASUS Prime A520M-K
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x8gb)
STORAGE - VERBATIM Vi560 S3 M.2 SSD (512gb)
PSU - MSI MAG A550BN
GRAPHICS CARD - GTX 1650 4gb

Do you think it will run good or should I save more money?
