ETS2 not sutting down when exiting the game

Hello all I'm asking here as I don't know where else to go when I try to end ETS2 the game stays up for 2 to 3 minutes after I click to leave game and even after the game gose from my screen it is still playing in Steam and I have to click stop on the Stean game launcher I have reinstalled every think on my pc including to OS and it is still doing it is there any one else having this issue and if so is there a way to fix it ? thanks
