Temperature dropping in hills

Hello!
I am making a climate mod which creates realistic climate conditions in every country and make them more unpredictible. In 1.50 SCS introduced the thing, which changes temperature in mountains and even small hills. Because of it, fg I had even 40 degrees in Moldova (when I drove downhill) and -11 in Switzerland (when I drove uphill). How to disable or reduce this effect?
