Game crash after hitting esc once accepting loads to certain areas

So in this instance I'm trying to pick up a load and deliver it to a town in Canada. The town does not have a state attached to it. Once i go to the load spot or have the load/job active and hit the ESC button the game just crashes. When I reopen the game it does not say it crashed but will say there has been an update to the map and then makes me select a new location. (this has been a problem going to Canada or some upper north east us states. the load shows up as this Sidney(MT)>Russel() (cities in british columbia show BC after city name so those loads might work)

I’d suggest remove the map mod which causing the issue.

I'm not sure which mod is creating the issue. Cities in BC load fine. Cities in AB or SK or any other territory cause a break. I follow the GMC load format and all mods are updated.
