For someone to not rage, these bunkers actually still excist in some towns and other places. Not joking, you can even check it on Google Street View.

Can believe that... seen several tv programs where they went to former soviet states and it was still full of airports, guardtowers etc.

I know for example Top Gear when the went to Albania that it was full of abandoned War atuff. (watch episode HERE)

Also vietnam special was something where Top Gear used a soviet airbase.


And there were two Dutch programs. Brandpunt and I think Paul Rosemöller through Europe...

It appears to be electronic signs. The left one on the opposite side has "Tallinn" in large red letters (stylized), with a date and time display in smaller text to the far right. The one on the right seems to simply have "HEAD T" in red text.

BTW, the restaurant on the left side with the two outdoor picnic tables w/ umbrellas would be a nice touch also!
