If Iceland would be done in Promods, Seyðisfjörður would be needed, since the only ferry that goes to Iceland docks there, as well as Hirtshals in Danmark(departure point). Trip takes about 47 hours.

Is it common for Icelandic trucks to make the crossing to Europe? (Or the other way around, European trucks making the crossing to Iceland?)
I would suspect the majority of cargo haulage would occur by container ships rather than trucks..

Not that I know off, mostly only container ships to and from the country, with trucks distributing the goods to local shops and such.

Though it would be nice to at least have the possibility to do some hauling around "home". Though think the ferry takes motor homes at the largest, so trucks aren't on the agenda, unless there is something special being moved.

Would guess one like that would be moved in parts via a container ship, though who knows.
