1.83 Extraction error

So I downloaded pro mods on my new PC and when I extract it comes up with an error saying failed to extract so I downloaded the latest 7 zip, still didnt work uninstalled 7 zip installed win.rar and now i'm at the breaking point any ideas

Everything should work if you follow that.
If it still doesn't, please download again. And/or post a bug and attach your game.log.

The simple, detailed instructions even default to English, so there should be no reason for such confusion...

So, let's recap: you've downloaded the 3-part archive, you have all parts in the same folder, have 7Zip installed and you double click the first part... what happens?
