Finally. I have nothing against that person, but it seems he was trying to beat some record for most posts written in this forum. Just a type of man that likes to say something even if it doesnt make any sense. I am really impressed by Nico, ScuL, lolsmurf patience. How many times did you answer his questions? I did tell him once that he's writing to much crap, after that I just decided to ignore him. Once the cleaning done, can we come back to the Spain topic?

I believe it's Portsmouth - Bilbao.

ScuL, I'm fairly certain the ferry route is Portsmouth to Santander (even though I have been on the route I can only be 99% so )

You guys are doing exceptionally well so far, taking chunks of time out of your own lives to do this for us, and, from my experience of v1.01 and these forums, your mapping skills are even better than SCS, at least you model the actual roads

To be fair I think both routes exist, although im not sure if both can take lorries. (they probably can )

You are correct. There are ferries that run from Portsmouth to both Santander and Bilbao. I also think both routes take HGV's as well.

Yes, but there is no place for Santander, so we have to choose Bilbao

The actual solution is, there are two routes, Portsmouth to Bilbao (On the Pride Of Bilbao, which I have been on.). The second is route is Plymouth to Santander, which I think is much more a tourist and seasonal route.

This solves your problem, since the entirely second route can basically be ignored.
