[Fixed] [1.90] Flensburg, speed limit issue/terrain gap

I encountered 2 bugs in the near of Flensburg.

1. The Speedlimit between the city an the Autobahn intersection is wrong. Should be 80 km/h for trucks

2. At the right part of the intersection, coming from Flensburg direction Hamburg A7 is a part of the terrain missing. You'll see it, when you are driving onto the Autobahn.
