What people need to remember is that large companies, like R* and EA, they work to a deadline set by the top brass that deadline is given to publishers. Any delay costs money.

The german publisher still says 25.3 on amazon...but the more interesting stuff there is the things which it says are included, like the Nordic Paintjob dlc etc.

Personally I think the cargoes are looking great, more variation and hopefully some more oversized cargoes for a bit of a challenge
We also have a possible time frame on when to expect the release, they are really taking their time with this DLC. (Not complaining, it's good)

Well afaik there are no new highway intersection prefabs, but there are some of the old ones in the DLC. Most of them seem to be custom though, which is really nice.
