Huge Gaps and Flying objects

On the road somewhere near Dortmund I found myself in front of a Huge Rock wall on the whole road - and of course crashed into it. It was funny but I looked around and all the map was missing textures - gaps inside the map and a road was high above over me with cars on it but it wasn't a bridge, it was like a double map. The redlights had no poles and driving from Kassel I found myself falling inside the map!
Now let me be clear - no map mods - I disabled the long train mod (nothing changed) I disabled even the gas stations mod.

And question: how can I uppload my game log if the txt extension is not allowed?

Why would you add a mod to disable your speedcams? You can do that yourself in the config file No mod needed.

I didn't want to disable the speed cams - it was for imersion - a beep beep sound when I got close to them.
