As said before, this is because of space issues; there is not enough room for it.

I think it might be a nice idea to include the major rivers of Germany with their signs. This increases feeling of locality and I think the river signs are relatively easy to make. Well, there are quite some rivers - here's a nice image.

The most notable rivers are Rhine/Rhein (already in-game), Elbe (partially representated by Elbtunnel), Danube/Donau, Weser, Main, Oder and Neiße. Especially the ones marking the borders should be in-game.

We already have signs for German rivers and I think we have added a couple of them already.
Am I developing at the moment?

Exactly. The Rhine for example springs to my mind. And I've seen a few more

M4rkus - Oder/Odra is already represented in game on the A2 border crossing(Frankfurt/Oder-Słubice) and it looks quite OK, but Neiße/Nysa on the border on the A4(Görlitz-Zgorzelec) should be added - it looks odd and completly unrealistic now ;)

A lot of people have asked for the A40 to be added, and looking at the map, I can't see why there would be an issue? Unless there is a different plan, or it looks a little bit different from the technical point of view - in the map editor.

With all the roads there, I'll have to agree with you. It will be a tight squeeze.

When thinking about roads in ETS2 I think it like this: each road needs a scenery around it. This corridor may be around 1-2 km wide, which in real life is 20-40 km. About cities, they occupy 5 times the space they do in real life. Are this numbers correct?
