Custom Road Lines

Hello, I am trying to get the proper Irish motorway line color into the map editor.
In the motorways in Ireland (usually not in small roads, only motorways) the outermost line that separates the shoulder from the road is YELLOW.
Here is a quick sketch I made of it:


So how can I make this line yellow in game? I only want to change the 2 and 3 lane highways to this, and I only want it to be like this in the Irish section of the map, not the entire map.

You can't, or at least not with the conventional old system. The new system is much more complex to set up, and we only got this working very recently.

Oh, thats a shame. An idea came into my head to create a model that is linked to the road (like the crash barriers) that would go right over the existing white line to make them into yellow line. But that is too advanced for me

Also, how do do lines in Norway become yellow in game?

Work-arounds. This didn't work perfect either, and this also involves some pretty specific DEF editing (as well as railing-based line models from FLD).
