Help needed game crashes on launch

hello guys i dont think i am installing the mod right b/c it keeps crashing on launch. I unziped part 1 and extracted it into my mods folder but what do i do with part 2,3,4

So i as well followed the tutorial as well down to a "T" and I've installed many mods before so I'm familiar with them but when i enter the game i get the Promods loading screen and then it crashes..

Please add the game log otherwise we can just give an adequated guess
Some have problems downloading the def file others a struggling with the split archive
If latest 1.95 version you need the dlc_north in order to use the mod

i apologize but being that im new to this specific mod how would i add the game log to help you further? thanks for the reply

There's a file called game.log.txt in the folder above the mod folder
