[Fixed] Continuous segfaults with two errors

Hi, in many ProMod dependant areas (western France, Iceland and northern Germany), I receive constant segfaults in the area, that are most likely the cause of these errors found in game.log.txt:

This error occurs between the highway that joins Keflavik Airport up with Reykjavik and on the A11 autoroute near Angers, France.

The other error occurs on Bundesautobahn 2 after the last junction for Magdeburg (and also occurred on the A11 nearer to Nantes):

Running ProMods 1.95 on ETS 1.18.3s on Ubuntu 15.04 with Steam and a NVIDIA GT635M (this is an Optimus laptop BTW) -- the only other mod I use is a realistic physics mod that I could not see being the cause of this. I have a zip file of core dumps, if anyone wishes to decode them:

Could be an issue on Ubuntu only
But we need the full game log anyways
If you're running without any mods do you get Scania related error?
Moose netting is included in the ProMods files

No, as I said, these errors only occur in these ProMod dependant areas, where the whole scenery is part of ProMods (Iceland, northern Germany, west France).

This is the coords for the Nantes crash. A little further on is when I crash with the moose netting error, either below the sign or just after when I enter the highway itself.

I do not understand what you mean about the log not being a crash to desktop log. I'm not sure how I can obtain that, perhaps the core dumps will be more helpful in analysing the main issue.

Perhaps what you mean is that there is no indication that the game has crashed, and in fact, the coords have been logged after the error, but maybe you can clarify something to me. The first time I had this crash on Bundesautobahn 2 about 5 days ago was with ProMods enabled only.

p.s: Just to clarify what junction I meant for Magdeburg, I meant for Magdeburg East.

The first log doesn't give a hint, just a autosave and nothing more
Second gives hints about problems with D3D textures

If I run ProMods on too high graphics on my old PC (DirectX) I will have frequent CTD's, the specs are a little higher though
What settings are you using atm?

Both mat files in your first post are part of the ProMods mod
I'll try messing around using OpenGL on Windows 10 as I don't have a Linux installation

I am on high settings (with grass density on medium instead of low). When I run in the so-called 'safe mode' (i.e. min graphics), the moose netting crash does not occur. The Scania one, however, continues to segfault ETS2 in safe mode.

High settings worked well on vanilla but I had to scale down to medium with ProMods enabled to aviod frequent CTDs

Im guessing these issues all have to do with OpenGl. We have had many issues with it. Some of the models that create errors are very old. Could be that I need to recheck them for issues.
Am I developing at the moment?

Indeed, some of these material files need to be updated to reflect proper OpenGL methods. How much was ProMods developed with OpenGL in mind (or, how skilled are developers in OpenGL)?
