I am still gonna answer this: Yes, it's optional and it does not come with ProMods map. If you want to use this mod, you can download it. If you don't want to use this mod, then you wouldn't download. That simple.-

I am really looking forward to this Cargo Pack. Looks really great so far.
If I may give you a suggestion for one of the Scandinavian DLC's sawmill companies (Bjork and Sag & Tre):
How about adding Moelven Wood AB (http://www.moelven.com/en)?
Moelven AB seems to be quite a big company at least in western Sweden. Whenever I am going to the region of Värmland, I see several sawmills of Moelven AB in the regions of Dalarna and Värmland. They seem to be omnipresent in these regions and also in Norway AFAIK. Since their webpage is also available in several languages like English, German, French, Dutch, etc., I would expect, they are known europeanwide at least in the sawmill industry.
But it's just a suggestion, but I'd love to see Moelven Wood AB added in the Cargo Pack.
