This is overcrowded with cities as hell. Quality is not that good too (something like TSM, more or less), not speaking about realism (I couldn't recognize my hometown at all, the roads make no sense either, major roads are missing, and just how could he place a ground T-interchange on one of the busiest Czech highways, I don't know that at all, Plzeň, the fourth biggest city of the Czech Republic is represented by two or three tall buildings and two companies.
However, the guy did quite a good job in Bzenec (his hometown iirc), which is not that bad and I think it has some realism in it too, although I haven't seen it irl.
I would rate 2/10, 1.5 for the work and 0.5 for including Příbram

But I think he can actually build better maps and this was just rushed to be finished as soon as it was possible. There's a big room for improvement, but the ridiculous amount of cities makes it much much harder.
