I agree with Arvidsson-Källqvist - i prefer the version he explained, as you lose less speed there and IMO is safer

Those red road number banners look like those from United States. Interesting.
By the shape - yes they look pretty similar, but Romanian is all red, but American is red at the top and blue at the buttom. (OFF-TOPIC)
