I've installed everything like said but when I trie to start the game it sticks at the loading screen and then it crashes.

You have not actually told us anything. We need details in order to help you.

Do you have all FIVE files for ProMods activated?
Are they at the bottom of the Active Mods list?
Do you have both DLC Going East and DLC Scandaniavia installed?

Ok, I'm sorry I'll give you some more information:
I want to use the v1.91 version of the mod.
I have the Going East DLC.
and Euro Truck runs at 32Bit but because of my pc is 64Bit I might have to download the 64bit version.
My version of the game is 1.19.2.1
I have the mods loaded in this order:
Def
Map
V

Check this - http://promods.net/compat.php (You can download any older version you want!)

Go back to 1.18 and download hotfix for 1.17 too.... 1.19 is not compatible with any other older version ...new 1.96 is compatible!

But now I got one problem how do I downgrade my game?

You can use your retail version serial number to activate the steam version of the game.
