Actually, as far as I know Constanța doesn't even have a ferry connection with any other ports.

Typos happen. All the time. Not just in Romania. There was a time that signs in Belgium were pointing towards Rijssel instead of Rijsel. It's quite easy to make typos, especially when the name is in a foreign language. Every time I read Polish place names, I get instant dyslexia
