It is correct, Purno. It means that the previous PR version of Bydgoszcz was rebuilt in current version
And I think this even comes right from the SCS forum thread of PR.

That's not what "rebuild" in my map means. I want a list of cities that were notably changed compared to SCS's cities. If SCS hasn't made the city at all, it'd be a totally new city.

Compare the PR version with an unmodded map. Which cities are new, which ones are rebuilt, and which ones weren't touched.

Purno you make a 2 mistake. Cieszyn should be near Bielsko Biala on the Polish - Czech border. Zamosc is near Ukrainian Polish border on the road 17 between Lublin and Lvov.
