You can choose to play with the scs extractor or be lazy like I am and use a nice traffic mod.
Currently I only know 2 that are V1.9 ready and only one Promods ready (what the author says )
The one I use is the Traffic Mod by Piva
You can find it on ETS2.lt in the ai traffic section
