Also I've tried the first file on chrome and firefox, both had errors.

Only the def file download gives me an scs file or a file that I can use.

if I want to run the exe it says that there is no archive ( Can not open the file as (7z) archive Is not archive ) he tells me

You must have WinRAR or 7-zip to be installed in order to use the .exe self-extracting program. And you must have the 4 othet files in the same place as the extracting program or it won't work.

I had WinRAR and the extracting worked with it.

Try re-downloading the files again with a different browser. You may have corrupted download.

Chrome work, it has nearly 0% possibility of corrupt downloads, same goes with Firefox...
