Ah the wonders of modern technology eh so much easier when they made cars not the rubbish there is nowadays
Mind I don't miss working on Jaguar or Morris engines having said that however there is always the good old Bondi Insurance ( drive it off a cliff making sure you get out though)

Talking about a funny story with cars...

Now we got it back again but how the hell could such a thing happen to a one year old car... Technology is not what it was in the past....

You would be surprised. We had a 2010 Kia Rio, one of the last ones of the old generation. After six months it refused to start. Was an ECU issue but our local Ford/ Kia garage took no less than seven or eight attempts (I forget now) to discover that. Sometimes it would start fine and other times it would take about thirty tries to start over around twenty minutes. Bloody nightmare that went on nearly a year, and don't trust 'specialist' dealer mechanics!

Oh, and it came with a seven year warranty...

(sadly a hyundai i20... such a terrible car).

They're actually alright and the new one looks great .

We still have our 2006 Opel/Vauxhall Vectra, we never had any problems with it.. #Germandecency

We have a 1994 Škoda Felicia and it never had any problems which would prevent the car from driving

Dad just paid a huge bill for changing the gearbox on his '02 BMW 530dA Touring. Those things are not cheap, especially when it's electronically controlled. Now it's working again, and I just love the roar of inline 6 turbo diesel engine

In Romania the driving licence (Romanian: Permis de conducere) is a governmental right given to those who request a licence for any of the categories they desire. It is required for every type of motorized vehicle. The minimum age to obtain a driving licence is 18 years.

In The Netherlands however:

The new "2toDrive" programme gives new young drivers, aged between 16 and 18 years, the opportunity to take the passenger car licence (category B) theory test when 16, take driving lessons and a possible CBR preliminary driving Test at the age of 16 and six months, and the CBR driving test at 17 years.

Which I GREATLY DISLIKE! There already are too much dumb and dangerous people on the road, please don't make them younger and put them in a far-too-fast-car!
