Thank you guys!Volvo_King wrote:Looks nice!
And back from my holidays. Well, a few days ago. But I have been driving a lot during then so you can expect a lot of pictures coming!
Got a load to the UK so crossing through more of Iceland:
Back in Scotland again with some decent weather:
I wouldn't like to have this number plate, take a guess why:
I guess youths know what this means:
Scottish countryside; can't get better than that!
Back on the motorway and ahead of me greets an amazing sight!
Back in Plymouth however :
Fortunately the weather got better as we drove through Southern England:
But, as we headed into France:
New load from Nantes...
...past the Scania billboard with my Volvo :
That sky though... it's just irresistible!
The rain however, isn't:
Close to the airport:
And into the ARP!
I guess this used to be the border with East and West Germany:
Here we are, welcome to Poland!
And there's Warsaw!
I'll be honest with you (and I don't want to sound like James May) but I did get lost here for a while :
Despite that, I thought I'd go see a bit more of Warsaw:
Till I ended up with a short trip to somewhere in the middle of a countryside road:
Arriving with my steel pipes:
I think I hit something earlier on go I got some mechanics and took a look underneath:
After having that fixed, I got yet another load. First though, stopped by and met a fellow farmer:
Wet, wet day:
Looks like they're putting on a sign:
On my way south now:
And east:
More images next time!
Cheers,

More shots from my journey in Poland:
In the morning I realised that I really need to pop to Lidl. If only it would exist in a city like this...
...and, yes it did (sort of):
Anyway, after that, it was business as usual:
Ahum...
As I was saying, business as usual :
Whoops... speeding here?
I wanted to visit the library , but it was getting busy at around this time:
Seems like this chap didn't get away from the police...
Anyway, heading back up northwest with a load:
Starting to brighten up now:
Doesn't look like Warsaw's airport is far...
...and neither is our destination!
Leaving the city...
...only to find that there's seems to be an accident, but let's have a look at it with a better angle:
Yep, that's an accident:
And several kilometres later... at least there was no traffic...
...mmm, yeah, OK:
I decided to get a load to Scandinavia:
And fortunately didn't end up like these guys:
I finally reached the port:
I'd put more lights on that, but never mind:
Very wet and windy as I entered Denmark:
In...
...and out:
And into Aalborg where the rain decided not to stop:
Got another load up to Sweden:
And arrived sooner than I thought to the Volvo factory!
Luckily we got some sunshine now:
Parked up at the hotel for a bit...
...before deciding to pass through Jönköping to Växjö:
Not again...
Crossed the lake with some morning clouds:
And into Växjö. That's all for now!
