City-specific vehicles

Is it possible to mod or to code specific vehicle to ride in specific city only? Or even in specified streets only?

I have city public trasport in mind. Buses, trolleybuses, trams.

Unfortunately it isn't possible, the only option of this type is setting a country-specific vehicle.

Movers can't be used AFAIK since they are:
1) no-collide
2) don't follow traffic rules etc.

So maybe (this will sound kinda weird or revolutionary :D) make fake little countries only in some specific streets and then include country-specific vehicles, while those countries wont be shown anywhere to player (player wouldnt even notice that he entered another country).
Some may see it useless long additional work, but wouldn't it be nice to see public transport riding in cities?

I was thinking about this going home from work tonight. I was riding on a public transport bus and saw a truck driving past thinking; If I was playing ETS2 and saw a bus in the middle of night it would give me a feeling of "here I am, arriving from another country and these people are just going home after a night at the pub", or similiar. Would make it feel like you've made a journey and arrived in a city which lives its own life.

They are high on the wish list, but designing them is the time intensive aspect

Hi Have only come across this one for police cars http://ets2.lt/en/?s=police+cars there are a couple for Finland just scroll down haven't seen any ambos yet though ,am not sure if there any in Jazzy cats or IJ Mods .
