SCS only added municipality signs to the larger cities in the DLC. Every municipality would be too much, first and foremost too many images that would need to be added to make the templates (it would require over a hundred at least) but also as Vladzz said, they would be too close to each other.

Maybe they could be added to cities but it's not a priority.

We could use the same signs for these city entry signs, however I don't think it's a priority (well, neither the region signs are, but I hope for them to be included in 2.0).

Regions in Lithuania and municipalities in Finland are too small to be on signs - it would be a huge overkill

Would the 15 counties (currently only 12 are represented) of Estonia be too much of an overkill? I measured a bit on Google Maps and the shortest distance between county signs would be 30km (N2, Tartu C-Põlva C-Võru C) C = county

^^ I think the same applies to the Netherlands: the counties/provinces are too small and it would cause overkill. Belgium also has too small counties, but there are county signs on the federal state borders (so, between the French and Dutch part) as a compromise.

I was thinking about that you at ProMods are making Joensuu at Finland... And I'll just give you an idea.
There is one place at whole world, where is made John Deere harvesters and forwarders (http://i.ytimg.com/vi/qI8yCY1NQLQ/maxresdefault.jpg) , and that factory is at Joensuu.

There could be a chance to special loads? Parts in, forwarders and harvesters out.

I understand if this is impossible to do, but this John Deere forest machine factory, and it's produtcs are quite special.
