Check the streets in Bulgaria and Moldova...

The roads represented in game are good quality IRL. There is a segment near the Moldovan border which isn't in such a good condition. The video you are sharing is old and unrelevant because it mostly shows local roads.

Indeed it's 2015. Couldn't tell that when I first saw it on my mobile. Still, as Pengiunaz said, couldn't find those potholes you are talking about. The only road in worse condition was that one Olt Valley Pass road segment. But I drove on concrete roads in western Europe too.

OK try the roads here they're not called "axle breakers" for nothing and that's before going "bush".
It's the fallout from the rains we get sometimes that turn some roads into veritable " tank traps" . Not taking subsidence into account around some areas here notably Collingwood through to Ipswich which used to be mining .
