I know that there is a city which isn't discovered but I discovered every centimetre around the city but it isn't possible (for me) to disocver the city.
In case that I wanna receive the archievement I cancel both and discover the normal one. Looks like this :



So everything perfect. Only need "Minimaxer" as the last archievement
