Yes, the cities from Ivan's side can be released for 2.0, because that territory don't use any ATS assets, also is nearly finished :)

So this means that the Spain part can only be extended all the way to the West (A Coruna), south only until Miranda de Ebro because the vegetation gets dryer, and west until Zaragoza.

I'm kinda beginning to wonder why it is that SCS won't confirm a release date for ATS... the rumor date I've heard floating around the mill is February 2016 but come on guys, give us something! If the February release date is to be believed however, it seems as though we'll probably be able to have Barcelona by the time the next version of 2.0 (2.1?) is ready.

SCS have said not to believe any rumours, as when they have a date, they will say it themselves. The dates you find on the web are simply vague estimations made by sellers.
