In lots of countries they have their own plate, but Spain does require a plate of the truck on the trailer too. So two plates on the trailer, a red and a white one. Italy does require two plates too, but they're both from the trailer. Italy doesn't require it anymore on trailers made after 2012.

The game does not supports 2 plates. It will have a normal plate on the truck and a different plate on the trailer.
