***FIXED**
I have just retried downloading using the browser download manager. this generated the file without issues. I normally used free download manager.
Try to download the file without any download managers

So yes the god damn def file generator is freaking broken. THIS MUST BE FIXED
That error will only appear if you have cookies disabled

I was able to generate a new def file without problem 5 minutes ago using Firefox, using the parameters you specified, so there is no problem with the generator. It will not fix your browser/download problem If we provided you a copy of the file.
But it will give me the ability to play the game
