Great idea with these hotfixes, thank you dear ProMods team!

Yes, put it at the very very top.

When loading the Hotfix after (meaning above) the ProMods-RusMap connection, the connection in Finland just east of Porvoo does not show up on the map and the GPS always routes around it.

I guess it's Helsinki sector, where I was fixing blocked delivery spots.

I'd suggest to only place it above the ProMods files in the loading order, so it doesn't overwrite connectors like this. Do note that bugfixes in those sectors will be reverted.

Issues on the motorway right outside Aalborg, Denmark going to and from Frederikshavn, I've marked the area with pink on the map.

Do you use only ProMods + Hotfix?
If you use some other mods, disable them first.

Those issues in northern Denmark are nearly always a conflict with the Real Company Mod.. just don't use it

Will these fixes be merged into the main mod?

A Real Company mod was indeed the culprit.
