Which cities are you planning to create? There's also 2+1 lane roads(with out the middle rail) in Finland, not so much as in Sweden but quite a few. Finland has very few highway systems compared to other European countries. Only between Turku-Helsinki, Helsinki-Lahti and Helsinki-Tampere. Other highways are just short sections near bigger cities. Main roads are narrow and twisty between the forests and they can be very slippery at winter.

Can you still add later Lappeenranta and Joensuu? .
This would be a nice road to Kuopio with the 6 Street (Kuutostie)

Here answers to some comments :

- Vaasa will come later, Umea and Swedish coast (between north of Stockholm and the finnish border at Tornio is my long term project, after Rovaniemi)
- Already planned cities are written in a previous post. Some others for next versions are : Kajaani, Oulu, Rovaniemi, Lappeenranta
- I will respect as much as possible the style of roads (highways, 3 lanes 2+1, 2 lanes ... ), this limited by the scale of the map in ETS2
- A part of road 6 is planned, with Lappenranta. Joensuu could maybe done in the future but will in first time only indicated on the roadsigns. For a first version, I give priority to road 4 and 5
