I want to insert dutch traffic lights and i want to get them working how do I do that?

country properties of the road should be netherlands and the semaphore should be enabled on the prefab.

Guess you need to set a country border first on some road so you can assign it to specific countries.

How do I show up the route advisor? And my map doesn't want to run if I click run map...

I never use run map and there is no route advisor in the editor.
